Sodium Lauroamphoacetate
Sodium Lauroamphoacetate is a mild surfactant commonly used in skin cleansing and care products due to its gentle properties and low likelihood of causing irritation. Made from natural fatty chains, it is typically derived from plant oils, such as coconut oil. It has the ability to create a foam that effectively removes impurities and excess oil from the skin's surface without causing dryness, making it ideal for use in sensitive skin formulations. It provides a thorough cleanse without disrupting the skin's natural barrier, and it is often chosen in formulations aimed at hydration and protection. Additionally, it has excellent compatibility with other ingredients and enhances the texture of cosmetic products, allowing for smooth and pleasant application.
