The HydroxypropylCyclodextrin- Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38, claim substantiation of increased synthesis of 6 major constituents of the skin, such as collagen I (105%), III (104%), IV (42%), fibronectin (59%), hyaluronic acid (174%) and laminin 5 (75%). 25 female volunteers aged from 42 to 70 years old with forehead lines and crow’s feet made twice daily application of a cream containing 2% for 2 months vs placebo. After 2 months, the forehead and crow’s feet wrinkles are evened out just like a facelift. The HydroxypropylCyclodextrin- Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38 rebuilds the skin network that keeps the skin smooth.
